Eve Segal, PharmD, BCOP is a Clinical Pharmacy Operations Manager at Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center in Seattle, WA. She received her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences in 2011. She completed a PGY-1 Pharmacy Practice Residency at Norwood Hospital in Norwood, MA in 2012 and a PGY-2 Oncology Pharmacy Practice Residency from St. Luke's Cancer Institute in Boise, ID in 2013.
