Hi Stephanie, I've had a patient on this combo about a year ago, but not for very long. I recall the diarrhea and the hyperphos were the dose limiting toxicity and we had started the erdafitinib on a lower dose. I believe it was 4mg, but don't remember exactly. Good luck! Chung
