I was wondering if anyone has had any luck with managing dysgeusia from tarlatamab or other bite therapies? We are seeing great responses from a cancer standpoint but patients are dropping significant amounts of weight from this adverse effect. It also doesn't appear to improve with duration of treatment. ...
