The BCOP Strategy Task Force will be responsible for reviewing all current BCOP offerings for sustainability/efficiency, as well as propose a strategy around future BCOP education.
The BCOP Strategy Task Force aims to prepare a proposal to the HOPA Board of Directors that answers these questions:
- Do our current BCOP offerings still align with member and certificant needs?
- How might we measure the impact of our BCOP products meaningfully?
- How might a different BCOP volunteer system impact quality and volunteer experience?
- Consider the following questions for each BCOP product:
- Should we retire it?
- Should we reimagine it?
- Should we scale this further?
